As many of our products are agricultural commodities, natural variations in color, size, texture, and appearance may occur.

3. Pricing

Product prices displayed on the website are subject to change without prior notice due to market conditions and commodity price fluctuations.

However, once an order has been successfully placed on the website at the displayed price and subsequently approved by Mahadev Agro, the agreed price shall remain valid for that order and will not be changed due to later market fluctuations.

4. Order Acceptance

Submission of an order does not automatically constitute acceptance.

All orders are subject to review and approval by Mahadev Agro. We reserve the right to accept, reject, modify, or cancel any order due to stock availability, pricing errors, payment issues, suspected fraud, or any other operational reason.

• Cash on Delivery (where applicable)

Mahadev Agro does not provide credit facilities. Our focus is on offering competitive pricing and reliable service through advance payment and approved payment methods.

6. Product Availability

All orders are subject to stock availability. In the event that a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, our team will contact the customer to discuss available alternatives, revised delivery schedules, or cancellation options.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines and shipping arrangements are governed by our Shipping Policy. While we strive for timely deliveries, Mahadev Agro shall not be held responsible for delays caused by transportation providers, weather conditions, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8. Cancellation & Refunds

Order cancellations, refunds, and related matters shall be governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability
