At Mahadev Agro, we are committed to supplying quality agro commodities and ensuring customer satisfaction. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch or shipment confirmation by contacting our team as soon as possible.

Once an order has been dispatched, shipped, or handed over for delivery, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Mahadev Agro reserves the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, payment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, any eligible payment received will be refunded.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of food and agro commodity products, returns are generally not accepted once goods have been delivered and accepted by the customer.

Refunds or replacements may be considered only in the following cases:

• Incorrect product delivered

• Damaged goods received during transit

• Significant shortage in quantity supplied

• Product quality issues verified by Mahadev Agro

Any such issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery along with relevant photographs, videos, or supporting evidence.

Refund Processing

If a refund request is approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method or another mutually agreed method within 7–10 business days.
